$100,000 - $130,000 + Super

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients with turnovers ranging from $1M to $50M
- Review work prepared by the offshore team
- Provide guidance and support to the on-site team
- Maintain strong client relationships across a diverse range of industries
- Oversee workflow and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Work closely with the Director on strategic planning and firm growth
- Be part of a collaborative team with long-term expansion goals
About You:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Ideally 6+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
- Professional, confident and driven personality
- A team player who thrives in a flexible and collaborative environment
