A positive attitude and exceptional client service skills are a must. Experience within the accounting or finance industries will be essential.

- New client set-up
- Following up documents and correspondence on behalf of accountants
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation of fees
- Setting up of payments and online banking platforms
- Handling client queries
- Manage workflow effectively
- Maintain client records
- Undertake general administrative duties

Requisite Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration within an accounting firm is ideal
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must enjoy working as part of a team
