About the Role:
This position sits in the administration team and you will be responsible for providing a pivotal role for the firm undertaking Front Desk and administration duties. You will work alongside a broader administration team but have the benefit of "owning" your role. Your duties will include:
Being the first point of contact for clients
Answering phones and assisting with queries
Scheduling of appointments
Scanning
Sending out digital packages to clients for signing
Monitoring of emails
Updating database
Onboarding of new clients
Undertaking adhoc administration duties as required
About You:
You will be an experienced administrator who thrives in a client facing role. You will enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. Additionally, you will have:
Experience using Xero software, XPM and Fusesign (ideal but not essential)
Strong communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Ability to work with a small tight knit team
