Duties and responsibilities include: Creative candidate acquisition and attraction, including but not limited to relationship building via digital media, database management, networking and referrals Content marketing initiatives on LinkedIn and other social media platforms Interviewing, referencing, short-listing and coordinating interviews Presenting and negotiating employment offers About You.
